Life can be pleasant yet demanding, with countless tasks and endless choices. Our minds race on and seem impossible to switch off, especially when we're already feeling overwhelmed, distracted, or irritated.
Just as our bodies require care and maintenance, so do our minds. As both research and millennia of practice demonstrate, mindfulness and meditation (when properly taught) offer a powerful way to nurture our busy minds and enhance our well-being. You don’t need to travel to Tibet for it. You can practice effectively right here, in your everyday life.

The course is led by a lecturer with internationally recognized certification in mindfulness teaching.
How the course works
Each session blends a little theory with plenty of practice and dedicated time for sharing. You’ll be introduced to diverse techniques; we’ll not only meditate but also explore light, enjoyable physical exercises designed to release tension and stress from your body.
You’ll learn how to integrate these techniques into your daily life. I’ll support you throughout the course and beyond. So we can work through any challenges together, whether in a safe group setting or one-on-one.
Between sessions, you’ll receive guided recordings, short exercise tips, themed reflections, and additional resources.
When and where
Next run will take place once enough clients pre-book the course.
The course will takes place in NamOMent (Veveří 39, Brno, Czechia).
The nearest public transport stops are Grohova, Konečného náměstí, and Česká. You can park your car in the surrounding streets or in the Kounicova parking garage.
Comfortable clothing is all you need. We have everything else at the studio.
