As part of a program tailored to your needs, I will introduce you to several types of effective techniques for working with our mind and relaxation techniques. In addition to practice and brief theoretical blocks, we will focus on introducing elements of mindfulness into everyday life so that participants can use them even when there is little time and a lot of work.

Courses are available for companies, public administrations,non-governmental organizations and schools .

Research shows a trend of deteriorating mental health (especially among young people).

Just like our body, our mind also needs care and maintenance. Especially in moments when we feel overwhelmed, distracted and need to switch off. And especially in the digital era, when we are exposed to a greater intensity of stimuli than our brain is adapted to.

The program is available for teachers and/or students . During the course, educators will learn how to work manage stress and emotions and refresh mentally and emotionaly as well as how to use mindfulness techniques with their students.

How can we cooperate?

We will tailor the format to your needs. Here are the usual options:

Workshop

  • approximately two-hour long meeting where you will learn how our mind works and a couple of techniques that will help in our daily lives, even when we are short of time.

  • I will send you materials for your home practice.

 

Training

  • 1 or 2-day training (can also be done as part of off-site teambuilding)

  • We will go deeper and try out a wide range of techniques that mindfulness offers. At the same time, the training can be a great opportunity for team building and sthtrenghening relationships thorugh sharing.

  • Afterwards, you will receive a set of all guided recordings and shorter exercises that we will learn at the training so that you can continue your practice

  • You can also use an individual consultation after the end of the workshop

 

Course

  • Proven opportunity to master mindfulness techniques effectively and include them in everyday habits.

  • Regular shorter meetings (usually for a period of 4 to 6 weeks)

  • During the course, I will send you guided recordings of the techniques you will learn on the course, as well as practical short exercises and thematic thoughts for each day.

  • An individual meeting is possible during the course, where we can work on your particular needs.
