What is my approach
I am a mindfulness guide with an internationally recognized certification. The sessions focus on cultivating mindfulness and personal well-being. It's not psychotherapy, though some topics may overlap. I work with clients through conversation as well as experiential methods, primarily using various types of meditation.
How the consultation works
At the beginning of the first meeting, we will discuss your needs. Based on that, we will choose the approach. Usually, we would talk about how your mind and body function in the given area and how to work with them. Then, we will learn specific techniques tailored to the topic you are bringing.
After the meeting, I send a guided recording so you can practice also on your own with it.
